About Us

Retro Commercial is a company founded on the principals that every client, whether national, regional, or a local business, all deserve the attention and duty of loyalty they would expect from their investors, and business partners. We pride ourselves in that we treat every transaction, as though we are a partner from a financial standpoint. We understand that every transaction and the financial implications, from a Return on Investment to expenses, can affect the project’s ability to cash flow. Retro Commercial was established in 2001, and since then, real estate has changed dramatically in the greater Denver Metropolitan Area. However, one thing remains the same; quality relationships, great service, and honesty in transactions.

Retro Commercial is focused on the relationships that drive business - delivering quality, personalized service to its clients with the utmost integrity. Besides a full range of brokerage services, Retro Commercial also prides itself on providing in-depth market analysis, financial analysis, mapping services, site selection, contract negotiation, and a number of other specialized services that commonly exceed the expectations of its clients.

As Retro Commercial enters the 2016 fiscal year, we will continue to provide brokerage and client representation in the commercial real estate market with the fortitude that our clients have come to expect. Manny Cereceres has concentrated exclusively on retail throughout his real estate career. His multi-disciplined experience includes the execution of strategies and procurement of retail space for national and local retailers in addition to maximizing the value of properties through lease-up and disposition for landlords. 

Mr. Cereceres established a solid foundation in market research and analysis early on in his career as a research analyst in commercial real estate. A tremendous advantage for his clients, he is highly astute at analyzing trends in the retail marketplace allowing for constant adaptation of strategy to a changing market.

His brokerage experience includes prior work for Dunton Commercial, Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA), Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross, Crosbie Real Estate Group, Inc. and SullivanHayes Brokerage Corporation. Manny's landlord and tenant representation client roster includes Azteca Ranch Market, Ling and Louie’s Asian Bistro, Bruegger’s Bagel’s, Hewitt Tax Services, Honey Baked Hams, Family Dollar, Fantastic Sams, Sabor Grocery, Just Wisdom Teeth and Third Party Listings and General Management of Properties.

Kendra Fernandez has a diverse background consisting of marketing, strategy, and management experience. 
She has assisted many of diverse groups throughout the state of Colorado in accomplishing their business development objectives.  Ms. Fernandez has held marketing positions for several well-known organizations, including: Costco Wholesale, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Life Care Centers of America, HCR ManorCare, The City of Federal Heights, and has established a successful marketing agency of her own, FBD Strategies.

Kendra's approach to marketing and research is unique, as she does not believe in a one size fits all approach. Her strategic management experience has assisted her in tailoring marketing strategies that are just as unique as the clients we represent, from marketing brochures, print, signage, SEO, social media and more. Not only is Kendra an asset when it comes to marketing and creativity, but she is well connected in the community, which has proven to be of value to our clients.
